Once you reach Paihia we are very easy to find as we are on the Paihia waterfront at 34 Marsden Road. We are adjacent to the well-known old Stone Church, a few minutes' walk to the wharf and town centre.

Getting to Busby Manor Resort from Auckland

Air New Zealand operate scheduled flights from Auckland's Domestic Airport to Kerikeri Airport.

A free shuttle bus operates from Auckland International Terminal to the Domestic Terminal.

By Bus

The Airporter bus operates every 15 minutes from Auckland Domestic & International Terminals to most hotels in Auckland and the Sky City Terminal. www.skybus.co.nz

The Intercity Northliner bus departs from Sky City Terminal in Auckland to Paihia Wharf.

Airport to Sky City 30 to 45 minutes.

Sky City to Paihia 4 hours
Paihia Waterfront Wharf to Busby Manor 7 minute walk or 2 minute Dial a ride shuttle.

By Car

Follow State Highway 1 north to Paihia.

The section between Orewa and Puhoi is scenic but windy. An optional Toll Road bypasses Orewa. The toll is $2-3 and can be paid up to 5 days after travel by phoning 0800 40 20 20 or the resort will pay online with your credit card following your arrival.

Estimated travel time for Auckland Airport to Auckland's North Shore,
30 mins to 1 hour depending on time of travel. North Shore to Paihia
3 to 4 hours.

Northland Road Closure

SH1 Brynderwyn Hills will be closed from 12:01am Monday 26 February until 11:59pm Wednesday 27 March, opening for six days over the Easter period from 12:01am 28 March to 11:59pm 2 April.

The road will then close again at 12:01am on Wednesday 3 April until 11:59pm Sunday 12 May to complete the remaining work that requires a full closure. Work will be done as quickly as possible.
